At Semtex Plumbing and Civil, we are committed to delivering your products quickly and reliably across New Zealand.

Shipping Rates

We keep our shipping simple and transparent:

  • Flat rate of $17.50 for orders under $300

  • Free shipping on all orders over $300

  • Free Click and Collect 

Shipping is available nationwide within New Zealand.


Order Processing

Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and reference number.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a dispatch notification once your order has been shipped.

Click and Collect orders will be ready for collection within 5 working days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

  • North Island: 1–3 working days

  • South Island: 2–4 working days

  • Rural Addresses: Please allow an additional 1–2 working days

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location, freight availability, and product size.

 

Shipping Restrictions

  • Delivery Area: We currently ship within New Zealand only.

  • Physical Address Required: We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical delivery address at checkout.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Lost Shipments:
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will liaise with the courier service to investigate and provide a resolution.
